About Us
We're the Schank family, proud owners and operators of Adam's Honey Do Home Services, LLC. We are a husband and wife duo, Adam and Jessica - both SWFL Natives. We have two beautiful children and three fur babies.
We're a family owned business built on honesty, quality and fair affordable pricing.
We started this handyman service for one simple reason - everyone has a honey-do list that never seems to get done! Between work, family and everyday life, those small projects add up quickly. That's where we come in!
Adam Schank Jr. brings hands-on experience across multiple trades and takes pride in delivering solid, dependable work. Every home is treated as if it's our own and every customer treated with respect.
Jessica keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. She runs our marketing, socials and customer connection - making sure we run smooth. And yes, she's got her own honey-do list too, so she knows what the customers want.
We hope that you can become apart of our family too!
Services
We do not do big renovations. We are here for your smaller, tedious task.
Think: can't get on a ladder? We got you! That smoke alarm battery keeps chirping - no problem. Need a new toilet, we can get that in. Need us to check on your home when you're out of town, check.
Final pricing may vary based on time, materials and job complexity.

Timbercreek/Gateway - No Fee
Lee County - $25 Flat Fee
Collier/Charlotte County - $40 Flat Fee

Depending on the service you are wanting you will need to provide your materials (lights, fans, toilet etc).
Otherwise we can purchase items at cost, no upcharge on materials.
